Noreen has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1972, and Broker/Owner since 1981. Having previously owned a residential/commercial agency with 15+ salespeople, Noreen now operates a small, but busy firm specializing in commercial sales/leasing.
A seasoned professional known for her no-nonsense approach to deal making, Noreen has a keen understanding of the regional investment market and various New Brunswick markets. Noreen has worked with a variety of clients and customers ranging from individuals to institutions. Because of her extensive knowledge and experience in residential real estate, Noreen has earned an excellent reputation as one of the city's top realtors. Additionally, Noreen frequently acts as a Buyer's Agent for residential properties.

Michele Morris, BA
Marketing, Business Development, Associate Broker
Michele is a licensed REALTOR® and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Thomas University with a major in Psychology. Having completed the Real Estate Broker's License Requirements, Michele brings to the firm over twenty years of sales and marketing experience in the fields of Computer and Internet Technology, Commercial and Residential Mortgage Brokerage and Real Estate Sales.
Michele is well known in real estate circles across Canada from her years with Celerity Real Estate Systems (now Filogix) as having introduced the first internet based multiple listing service (MLS®) for Real Estate Boards.
As a member of the Real Estate Board of the Fredericton Area Inc. and the Board's Technology Representative for the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, Michele was presented with a Special Recognition Award for establishing the Fredericton Board as a leader in technological advance in the country. The Fredericton Board was the first board in Canada to implement a fully internet based MLS® system with GIS (Geographical Information System) capabilities.

Mike Joyce, MBA
Sales and Leasing Associate
Mike brings more than a decade of management experience with NB based companies in a number of industries, including commercial real estate. His strong background in Corporate Finance; Business Operation, and Commercial Sales, will enhance the premier client services offered by Noreen Barwise Realty Ltd.
Mike has been involved with several volunteer organizations throughout Fredericton over the years including the St. Dunstan's Parish Finance Council, the Fredericton District Soccer Association, Partners for Youth, and currently with the YMCA Youth Basketball program.
Mike is a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Real Estate Board of the Fredericton Area Inc. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute; holds a BSc from the University of Western Ontario; and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick.

Penny Barwise, BBA, BSW
Administrator, Sales Associate
A graduate of the University of New Brunswick, Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. For over 10 years, Penny has been a licensed REALTOR® with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association and a member of the Real Estate Board of the Fredericton Area Inc. Penny has completed a degree in Social Work from Saint Thomas University which comes in handy in our day to day real estate transactions.
In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities as the company's Administrator, Penny is also a valuable and qualified member of our sales team.
